Agree totally, but one doesn't get paid authors fee for visually
rearranging columns of others material, but one does by reading the
others material and glossing it enough to satisfy the editor. It would
be very much better, if Audiworld or any such pretend to be mag, would
just compile real material, and change no more than the typeface to suit
the visual ability of their intended reader group. then the present crap
they have. Saying that, I am sure that you Brett and few other listers
could compile much more relevant material to Audi, just from listers
input, than Audiworld could ever do. Should I mention that Audifans
archive database holds a lot of good and relevant info, but it really
needs sorting out into more functional format; maybe not. Hmm, something
is telling me that if Phil's, Huw's and other listers pages are
seamlessly linked with archive's info, and visual interface uniformed
into an elegant and functional visual presentation, that site could
perhaps attract some Audi Marketing attention and support, which at
least could provide for decent web space and maintenance, that would
allow more pics and other space hungry formats to be used and be always
up to date, but then perhaps I used to many unconfirmed variables, or
could we be thinking of a members yearly fee, that could also help a
great deal.
Nice weekend to all,
Ado.
