When I first bought my 4kq I spent the first 10 minutes ripping out the 
upshift light controller and disabling the seat belt buzzers (I can't 
even move my car in my driveway without instinctively putting on my belt 
so I don't need a reminder).

I don't think you would want that annoying light anyway.  However I 
likely still have the relay unit somewhere if you want it.  I just can't 
promise I would be able to find it.
