Type 44 wheel liner

 Hello all,
Being as I don't have a copy of TFA to look this up on, I have a
question.

The passenger side rear wheel well liner on my 87' 5kcstq flew out this
morning on my way to work.  Not sure why, as it was secure last time I
had that wheel off to do brake work.

I was unable to retrieve it, due to a variety of factors, so now I need
to get a replacement.

The question is, will the liner off of a FWD type 44 work?  Obviously
the rear suspension between the quattro and FWD is different, but is the
wheel well liner compatible?
