lower control arm bushings - what's involved?

The track prep fun continues- alignment shop found the lower control 
arm bushings are shot, so I'm headed out to pick up new ones from 
Clair Parts Express.

Is this a DIY job?  A search of the archives turned up lots of posts 
about how good it is to change them, but not what's involved or how 
easy/hard it is.  Patient is a UFO'd 200q20v.
