Locks just broke

Heh, sounds like me.  The driver's lock arms the alarm, but won't actuate the
mechanical lock.

That seems a design feature.  The manuals state that you can't lock the
driver's door except from the outside, which won't work if the lock cyllinder
is broken.  The inside lock button actuates the power locks, but only if the
door is closed - you might be able to fake that though if you mess with the
door-closed switch.

Anyways, I pulled my lock apart... Seems there's a metal ring around the back
of the cyllinder that the lock rod is connected to - mine snapped.  I'm going
to head to a dealer next week and see if I can get a new lock, doesn't matter
if it's the same key or not, since you can swap that ring onto the existing
lock.

If I get a part number, I'll let you know.
