If all you are going to play with are V-A-G brand
cars, save your pennies with the Queen on them (or
Lincoln's head if you prefer)...buy this instead:

Sure, it is a damn site more expensive.  But it also
will do a hell of a lot more.

All OBD-II will deal with are powertrain things on
your car.  you can read the SAE trouble codes and
reset your yellow light, but that is about all.

VAG-COM allows you to dig deeper, make adjustments,
and look at modules in your car that the generic
reader won't touch.

Now, if you are trying to use it to read various
marques other than the V-A-G line, then by all means
buy the cheapie.
