They are sheilded, possibly even a twisted pair, but I would think that the
inner wires could be reattached and crimping would be fine.  Then just do a
careful jub of taping the inner wires (I use liquid electrical tape, let
cure and wrap once with regular e tape just to be sure they don't contact.

Then try to get a good wrap around with the shield wire.

I may have an extra set, but not giveing them away as I have a few motors I
may need them for.

I don't see why it wouldn't work, if you do a good job.  Are they
shielded, or anything like that which would make it difficult?

Hi all,

When taking out my MC motor from an '87 5000T, I got a little too happy with
the wire cutters and chopped the wires going to the flywheel Crank Angle
Sensors. Now, I am told that they are $140, I hope for the pair! What should
I do? Anyone out there have a spare set from a parts motor? Will soldering
the wires back together work? Anyone know a good junk yard with the part?
