Type 44 won't go now

Yes, the crankshaft spins. Fuses and relays are good and were re-set, though
I still don't see one called fuel. There's one called 'relief - relay'? The
plugs are dry and look fine. There's no spark. Can't hear any indication the
fuel pump is running. Everything's quite dry by now as it's been 24 hours,
there's been a steady wind and humidity of 24 percent.
