Sunroof and window woes

My ex's 00 TDI had a similar problem with the windows; if you weren't very 
precise about how you raised them or didn't manually assist at the right 
times they would reverse and go all the way down.  Since there were tons of 
posts on the Vortex about that I had her take it to the dealership, where I 
told her to expect them to install new regulators.

Instead the wrench shot some silicone lube into the tracks/seals.  18 months 
later, still operating flawlessly (!).
