Two words, Hub Shark. Do a search on Audifans, there are plenty of posts.
 You don't have to remove the strut, bearing can be changed on the  car. 
Get in touch with me via email privately, I know a garage locally that
has one and could probably do the job, cheap.  A bad bearing will 
sometimes damage the hub, only visible when you remove it, something to
keep in mind.
