And, crappy post-purchase customer relations!
 As a recent buyer of a Saabaru, I would have to say Saab has done 
a really nice job (so far) of keeping customer's happy. I've recieved
several (unexpected) gifts and respectful phone calls so far since 
I've taken delivery of the car. Of course, I haven't had any problems
yet, so we'll see how good they are when THAT happens.
