Fedex nightmare

We once got 10 boxes of a shipment of 11 from our yarn supplier, which uses
FedEx for our "little" 600-pound orders.  They normally ship thousands of
pounds via freight truck.  Anyway, the 11th box went somewhere on the East
Coast instead of Michigan, but we finally got it a couple weeks later.

If they can't find part of a shipment, they'll reimburse you or replace the
tire.
