200tq overheat problem

Failure of the resistor pack is does occur. Mine failed. But it won't keep
the 3rd stage fan from coming on. 3rd stage bypasses the resistor pack
completely and puts 12 volts right to the fan.

Like Brett said could be fusible link. Also could be radiator switch, fan
itself etc.
