90q20v won't start

Nope, I did it in the driveway using a jumper from the battery to the fuse box.  I loosened the line from the pump to the filter and got zilch.  It should have sprayed all over the place.  I already have a new Bosch pump on the way.  The pump runs but nothing happens.  Sounds like something is sheared off inside.
