Tiptronic transmission for FAY

Remember gents Fay wants to know what one is, and its a fancy automatic
transmission that Audi now uses.
Nothing more.
Since she lives in AZ, Scottsdale, Pheonix, PV and the like, its mirror flat
so just keep it in auto "D" and you'll get better mileage from the quick
upshifts...............................Kansas, FLA and desert valleys benefit from
that.
If you're in hill country like Flagstaff and the rst of the US row that Tip
lever.................
Now, I tracked a 99 30V avant with the Tip, (And got passed by that
speedracer) points to note, unless you're at redline, using the Tip feature keeps the
rev's higher and keeps that unwanted "up/down shift" from happening when you
don't expect it.............
Normal driving with the tip:
When cold there will be a slip within 2nd gear. Don't know why, but there
is, even when locked in 2 in "tip" mode.
I suspect its the clutches getting a better grip or the like.
I know it stays in 1st gear "LONG time" and won't upshift until its warmed up
(emissions reason)
Although I can defeat that by using the Tip feature and tapping it up into
second.
For Fay, its a newer Audi automatic transmission.
Regardless of what Audi says, I'm changing our transmission fluid at 110K,
lifetime my a**................
