Seeking 15 Inch 4 Bolt Rims (or delivery from Boston)

They should be easy to mail.  The sender can get 16 or 18 inch cube 
boxes at several places (mailbox stores, office supply places, etc.), 
should be under $10 each.  Or perhaps they can recycle a box someone 
else is throwing out.  Pack the wheels with some padding to minimize 
scratching and movement and stuff in transit.  Bring to post office and 
fill out customs forms for them.

I've mailed bigger (or at least the same size) boxes than that to 
several foreign destinations.  Oddly, air parcel post to Canada is 
usually cheaper than "surface".

Obviously if you can hitch a ride for them with someone already heading 
that way, you'll save money, but the mails will work.
