Anyone do a 1.8T into a 4000CS Quattro?

It would be a PITA to do a 1.8T in a 4kq- you need to get the front end from
a 4-cylinder
4k, don't know how different the q version is from the FWD- engine mounts,
etc. Also would need to modify the tach to work with a 4 cylinder output.

The torque concern is silly- the 1.8T makes peak torque at 1950 rpm. With a
K04, you can push over 250lb-ft.

That would be a pretty cool car, though- very nice powerband for a rather
light Audi.
