high pressure fuel line leak help - who can fix this???

There is a flexible fuel hose intended for high-pressure use that also has
special hose clamps designed to go with it.   Originally a hot rod crowd
product, I think.  Maybe cut off the leaking stuff and hoseclamp that stuff
to the fixture????  I used this stuff to replace the rusted out fuel line
on my 200q20v.
