Call the Audi dealer in the valley. Get a quote from them, I've found them
to be very reasonable and honest about what you need. Geez, did I say
honest. Tom is the mech that worked on my '90 80 and wasn't afraid to offer
free advice, like when I had the wrong spark plug wires. They even install
parts I got off of the internet, my warranty of course and a small tip to
the mech. I not sure if pentosin 1:1 is good, too much actually performs
less than 50/50 or 60/40.
Former North Idaho resident.
Now a Hawaii resident, got tired of snow/cold, burr. 93f yesterday.... YES!

I'll have to do some more investigation at the end of the week when I'm done
with finals, but here's some more info for consideration, I replaced coolant
(1:1 blue pentosin), timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and every coolant
hose in march/april. The coolant couldn't have frozen anywhere, it wasn't
that cold. Does anyone in the spokane area have a car trailer that could
help me out by towing it the 10 miles from Gonzaga U to my house on the
south hill. When doing the head gasket what else should be done; Head
gasket, exhaust gasket, intake gasket, valve cover gasket. How would i do a
compression test?
