The Blau harness used for the 91 model is a 3 relay setup. One relay each for
the low, high, and sidemarker. You can do without their bulb checker module
if you jumper the pins in the bulb-out relay to fool the bulb checker.
The harness looks decent but one that I've worked on had a weak solder on one
of the bulb connectors which failed after a few months. Blau was absolutely
no help in trying to resolve the problem. They ignored any email or phone
calls asking for trouble shooting help.
There are a few other companies, such as competition limited, that offer
wiring harnesses that are generic that work quite well with the type 44s. A
number of people on the V8 list have installed the competition harnesses and
no ones complained to this time. Or, you can put together your wiring harness
from the excellent info on the SJM, or Huw Powell's web sites.
