typ44-is "bulb monitor" needed when installing Blau's euro harnesson '9120vtq?

If I remember previous postings correctly, the Blau harness uses four
relays, one each for each high and each low.  That keeps the bulb-out
sensor seeing the same voltages and prevents the warnings.
