US a3 sightings

Here in L.A., we see many a disguised concept or non-US car here for 
testing. But last week I saw 2 2-door a3's zooming around Brentwood; then 
likely the same 2 in the desert as I headed up to the mtns for snowboarding. 
  Hmmm...contact X-Files.

These cars didn't have as impressive a look as the 5-door that's headed to 
the US. In fact, they were downright plain. New Golf is much better as far 
as styling is concerned (for 2-dr models anyway).
