I dunno, sounds like to do that you'd have to basically chug a beer and 
run out to your car.  Not someone I would want to share the road with. 
I have read that if you allow one hour per drink you will basically be 
below the legal limit.  Personally I prefer to get discombobulated at 
home (or wherever I plan on passing out) so I don't have to do all that 
math while impaired.

Haha, probably because at first they drive a little more crazy... and 
then can't stay within in the lines.  And remember, while they are 
speeding up due to drinking, they aren't encountering traffic lights, 
children on the road or other surprises to react quickly to.
