Dash mounted gauge pod for CGT, "taxi cluster" ???

I know it is sort of an "80's thing", but are upper dash pods for gauges 
still available? I have seen what looks like an ETKA diagram of what is referred 
to as a "taxi cluster". (http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/41804/dash.jpg) 
That would do, but where can I get one?

I see that "034" has introduced one, but it looks too home made. I would like 
it to look like it grew there.
