Motodyne and Mr. Robert Hack - Long

Hello All,

Robert Hack just called me regarding a thread on one of the many Audi lists that I frequent. There was a Motodyne supercharged S8 on eBay a while back (January I think), and the thread in question dealt with the vagaries of this vehicle and if it was indeed supercharged. I did not start this thread, but did reply a few times regarding the 'issue'. In the original pictures of the car (which have since been changed) they showed the supercharger mounted upside down on top of the engine, with no belt connected to the pulley - this of course fueled speculation that the car might have been BS. Mr. Hack was very upset about 'people like me' messing up his business, and asked that I make it right. For the life of me, I can’t remember making any blatent slanderous or libel statements in the thread, and I have even searched all the lists and am unable to find this thread (if anyone remembers this thread and knows where it is, I would love to see it again). I asked Mr. Hack to please tell me what it is I said that upset him, and I would look into it and remove any comments that were inappropriate. This I would do, I am a reasonable man, have my own business, and am not out to trash someone for unfounded reasons.

Well, this was not good enough for Mr. Hack, and he proceeded to PHYSICALLY THREATEN ME SEVERAL TIMES. As an open public statement, I can now say that I have a REAL reason to suggest NOT doing business with Robert Hack. Anyone who lowers themselves to violence and threatening people on the phone, regarding an email discussion, may not be the best person to engage in high dollar transactions with - or any transaction for that matter. This is my opinion.
