Please urgent help needed high engine temp!

My car is 1988 audi 80 1.9 E engine code SD. During somer driving (air
temp ~30C°) normal engine (water) temp is about 90-93 C°. Problem is
now in winter time (air temp from 0 to
-20C°) engine temp during driving is 96-100 C° !!! Please tell me is
this normal? What is normal winter temp. on your audis? I like this
car very much and I fear to drive it with that engine temp. Please
respond, with any help or data!
