I too have been pulled over for 120+
but the unmarked car couldn't catch up and didn't have radar so he just
radioed ahead and had marked cars pull the four cars over (3 of us and a
stranger that tagged along)
since they didn't have a good speed they gave us tickets for <10mph over
($49) and let us go.
I managed to talk the prosecutor into a bond forfeiture ($150) and nothing
on my record.
This was in Idaho and we where headed to Montana for the last weekend of no
speed limit in Montana.
