No compression : Carbon build up in the valve areas......
I cross posted this to the V8 list.
I also read that some of this build-up is affecting newer 1.8T and 2.8
engines due to close tolerances and the lack of routine maintenance while some of
these cars are in / just off of lease.
While I can't find the source for this info, consider it ur-Audi legend until
I find the print story.
