Ya know, I was just digging through the mountains of paperwork necessary
for tax season.  Lots of permits, operating licenses, fees and taxes to
be paid in order to do business.  I have heard that New Jersey requires
such things also to run a business.  Might be one way to keep this hack
from peddling his lies and junk.  Local law enforcement and proposed
legal action don't seem to have phased him in the least over the years.
