Towing

Funny, when they towed my 4KQ when I was scammed by the City of Ithaca, NY
(can you tell I'm still pissed) there was no damage, and I rather
doubt they used
a flatbed. Torsen cars, OTOH, MUST be moved on a flatbed. 

Torsens started on ALL V8s, the model 80/90 starting 1988 and when
type 44's became 100/200's in 1989. Then all subsequent quattros.
Therefore all C4 Q's.

The lister asking about their '87 5KQ has nothing to worry about, but
tow on the rears, all diffs open.

Of course, best bet, check your owner's manual if you still have one.
