Keep an eye on the cam chain, and the distributor gear (if the dist gear
is plastic, I'm amazed it's lasted that long). Also- tranny seals,
particularly passenger front (exhaust tends to cook the seal), brake
lines, and rear upper suspension links are some of the issues I've faced
as the 200q20v gets "up there".

The crank breather hose also loves to go flat every 100k or so; unlike
the 10v/10vt, Audi never felt it appropriate to redesign the part with a
metal section.

Around 300k, I'd also be thinking about compression/leakdown test and
maybe a peek inside the cylinders with a boroscope to see how things are
holding up, if I intended to keep the car.
