Later 100/A6 (typC4) dashboard into early 200 typ 44

Why bother with the effort of putting a late Type 44 interior into an
earlier Type 44?

Here in the US you can purchase the entire later model car for next to
nothing.

Maybe it is a different story elsewhere in the world, but I would have to
be really attached to my early Type 44 to not just replace it.

In fact, I have a 1989 200q Avant with the updated interior I need to sell.
I like the newer interior in my 1989 and 1991, but I also like the older
interior in my 1986 5ktq, so I would not even think about swapping the
interior. I have enough work to do on these Audis just to keep them running
plus making them run and stop better.
