Blaufergnugen Tool Rental Deposit

I haven't had anything like that happen (yet) but I did send an email to them about a month ago which took them a few days to respond to.  

I've ordered a few parts from Blau which arrived in good condition and on-schedule, but maybe whoever is doing the computer work there is beleaguered or...

Pending other responses from the List, please also give them a call, and emphasize that you could have been using that money to earn interest or to invest in Amalgamated Consolidated Incorporated in the interim ;)

Please let us know what happens, because I _was_ intending to rent the tools from them also in about a month...
