Blaufergnugen Tool Rental Deposit

It has been a few years but I think the tool rental was the last thing I 
ever used Blau for.  They messed up just about every order I made 
including refunding my tool rental deposit. Call them and it should get 
straightened out. I thought perhaps their service had improved since so 
many people seem to like them.
