Blaufergnugen Tool Rental Deposit

I haven't used Blau in years.  I lived in Lansing IA and placed an
order for nearly $800.  It was sent to Lansing MI.  The state and zip
were correct on the invoice but someone had written over them on the
outside.  Cans of Pentosin were in the same box as brake rotors with
only a few pieces of newspaper for packing.  I was charged for my free
t-shirt for orders over a couple hundred bux (or whatever it was then)
and when I called back for to correct that was given only store
credit.  I still have that document.  I doubt they'd honor it now.  No
matter, there are plenty of other suppliers who want my business.
