The last time I spent a lot of time on the List, Repco metalmasters were the recommended pads. In your instance, this time, I would check out:
http://www.bira.org
And have a look at SJM's page here on the front and rear brakes:
http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/brake.html#TTbrake
I'm going to buy the front brake system 1 setup this year. Also, I've been doing a little research about the cost of SJM's rear brake ideas...unless you really like rear brakes and know someone in the salvage business, I wouldn't place the utmost importance on upgrading them, but you can try and more power to you if you happen to find a set of calipers and carriers. They can be expensive.
On the other hand, there is one guy on eBay who is selling a pair of 20mm rear ventilated rotors for the price of....bubblegum. Look for MoFoCo on ebay, you'll see them. Maybe you'll be able to determine which truck they fell out the back of ;)
In any case, I think BIRA would have some good advice for your situation, at least at the front end. You should give them a call, SJM too and compare notes.
Cheers,
