The MetalMasters (now sold under the Axxis brand rather than Repco)
are ok for lighter cars like VW A-platform cars or Audi 4K series.
However they are a bit weak for the heavier cars, even in sporty
street applications.  There has been reports of the MetalMasters actually
disintegrating under duress.

For street use the Mintex redbox pads are pretty good.  Quiet, very low
dust, not too harsh on the rotors, has good feel and gives good stopping
distances and doesn't fade badly.  For track use, something more aggressive
would be appropriate.
