B5 S4 Headlight - Broken Manual Adjuster

Headlight saga continues...after replacing
non-functional HID ballast with good used one, light
works again.  But, during manual light adjustment (on
a pretty cold day) I over-adjusted a manual adjuster
screw and it went snap.  Can this part be pulled out
and repaired/replaced?

Does anyone have a broken Valeo HID/non-HID housing
that could be used to attempt to remove a good
adjuster screw and transplant to my housing?  Plastic
cutting and repair would be required for this option.

Any other ideas?  Like drilling out the existing
plastic parts and using a long treaded rod or bolt?
