Why bother with an audi one that's expensive (and might be a TPSwitch
rather than TPSensor ie switch rather than potentiometer). I paid
about $24 for the 8mm "D" shaft TPS from some GM vehicle (might be
able to figure out which) that you could certainly get from a junkyard
for less. It works perfectly and the fab to mount it was trivial since
it slid right on the existing "D" shaft on the car (in this case 87 5k
wagon). I think we even used the stock holes (that may be a lie)
