Try taking a sewing needle and cleaning out the actual jets right at the
window. Also check the connection of the plastic hose to the jets. Sometimes
car wax junks up the jets (I've never seen the hose get clogged) or the hose
cracks at the connection to the jet. The hose is easily replaceable, I got
mine at a hardware store. Zip-tie it for added security.
