FIXED: wiper sprayer is weak

The plastic was indeed somewhat delicate --- thanks for the heads-up.
But the hose had just pulled itself out of the socket, so I was
spraying fluid into the engine compartment (sorry I didn't check for
this; it was really really cold out.  I am weak!).

I moistened the hose (which wasn't in really horrible condition) and
stuck it back in, and ziptied the rubber receiver for a little extra
security (thanks for the suggestion, Tom).  All better now.
