wiper sprayer is weak

I had the same problem and the solution for me was to remove the hoses
from the nozzles under the hood.  Then I took compressed air and blew the
nozzle out from the outside in.  This would allow any particulates that
had collected int he nozzle to be blown out the much larger hose end.

Worked like a champ.  Now, if I can just figure out how to get the fluid
to spray over the airfoil on the driver side wiper arm, and still hit the
windshield, I'll be all set.
