[V8] Tis the season-Goodbye to my V8

I thought of insuring through USAA the V8 5spd and it was cost prohibitve for collision. 250 dollars a month for a 5000 payout in the event it gets totalled. 
The rule of thumb is if the vehicle is worth less than 5 times the 6 month premium it isn't cost effective to get collision.
