aside re: why does this fuse keep blowing ...

Hi Bernie, Paul, Kneale, Steve and all - One comment as I wade through 
the emails since yesterday - 

It just occurred to me that when my ignition broke (and car wouldn't 
start) a few months ago, I had to take out the instrument cluster, and my 
boyfriend pulled the ignition and replaced the barrel and switch portion 
(part of which had broken off and fallen below the cluster). During this 
process, I disassembled and reassembled the steering wheel/dash cluster 
at least three times before we finally found the culprit was that portion 
of the switch.

Things have been fine since then until this sudden cutout. But do you 
suppose? ? ? ? ? I really didn't like taking this apart...
