Nate & I took an embarrassingly long 12 hours doing my 90Q, working on 
our backs, car on jackstands.

A year or two ago, one of the techs next door was doing basically the 
same job (sans neurotic hardware replacement, etc.), on a lift, with a 
transmission jack.  I think he had it out and in in about 4-5 hours tops.

Some people are just capable of working faster than others.  The reason 
Nate & my twelve hours is embarrassing is that he is one of those folks 
who can do everything twice as fast as the rest of us.
