inner cv joint bolt size

Hey everyone.  I'm trying to replace the driver's side axel in my 90 200Q, and
I can't figure out what size the bolts holding the inner CV joint together
are.. I've tried a T50 and several hex wrenches, but nothing works.  Any
suggestions?  I'd love to do this myself instead of bringing the car to the
dealer..
