Idle problem

Problem - 88 5KTQ will not idle on its own
Circumstances - I rebuilt my car.... see all that I have done here:

www.audifans.com/registry2/car.php?carid=189

This car hasn't even driven on the road since the rebuild... so I am
in the beginning portion of break in. I currently only have a down
pipe installed from the turbo as my custom 304SS 3" turbo back Exhaust
from 2B will be in tomorrow. I just finished putting the new o-rings
on the lower injector holders and new lower injector holders... = that
solved the slight miss i heard a week ago. (air leak!) and I also
replaced the throttle switch and calibrated it per the
Bently/SJMtechnik. I have run her to normal operating temp (aprox 15
min) 2X and have changed the oil filter.

So, here's what i know....
its running rich.... smells somewhat fuel strong
I am running that 272 cam... I know that richens it up a bit

here's what i don't know:
how to adjust the idle the right way (considering my current modifications)
how to lean out the mixture

I would really benefit from some direction. Thanks all of you who have
helped me thus far.... you all are wonderful and It is good to be a
part of this.
Its good to know I'm not the only one around with this sickness!!
hey, does anyone else's wife chastise them for spending way too much
time and $ like mine does?
