On the 200, and I think the 100 is the same, there is
a large cable that goes from the battery (under the rear
seat) to the starter. In true Audi fashion, this cable
has a splice, found under the passenger side carpet. Yeah , i saw it on my partout cars.
That splice corrodes, so you don't get full battery ;Haaaa thanks, i ll look at it. I have couple cables and none of them are corroded.

Check the voltage at the battery, and also from the
engine compartment remote start post to ground. If
they are not close (0.2V?), that might be part of
your problem. Yes i ll check the voltage to the starter. I have another starter in stock. Anyway i should change it cause sometime it does not do anything...
