Rust Through and Steering Wheel question

Been there and done that on my 200Q, and as Bob said, on the S-car it
looks even easier (without pulling the wheel). Just be careful in
either case to protect the wood/carbon fiber trim, the bottom of the
IC is capable of scratching the top of the piece. I use index cards,
masking tape failed to protect my 200's wood.
