You need a press or some extraction device like a HubShark
http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/OLD-7325.html or the homemade
version like Huw's bushings tools
http://www.humanspeakers.com/audi/bushings-pix2.htm Heat would ruin a
bearing and you need to PRESS the new one back in.
